Municipal finance

We are one of the few law firms that understand the subtleties of municipal finance.

Advice in this area requires both knowledge of regulations and practice of financial markets, public finances, EU development programs, public aid and public – private partnership, as well as understanding the conditions on which local authorities operate.

We supported the Capital City of Warsaw in shaping the project of the Eurobonds issue program, including first offering thereunder. We advised the City on establishing the issue program for the total amount of PLN 4 billion and on all issues of Warsaw bonds completed under this program. We were the advisor of the European Investment Bank on matters related to the implementation of the JESSICA program for several regions in Poland. We have prepared a comprehensive concept of obtaining financing for a city budget using a municipal enterprise, without the need for privatization. We also advised municipal companies from Bydgoszcz and Sanok on revenue bonds issue programs.
