As far as debt securities are concerned, in addition to issues of corporate bonds (including Marvipol SA, IDM SA, GTC, Fedha), our lawyers advised Polish Ministry of Finance on the issue of treasury bonds on international markets, as well as banks in connection with financing municipal undertakings.
In 2008, we supported the Capital City of Warsaw in shaping the Eurobonds program, including the first offering thereunder. We advised the City of Warsaw on establishing the offering program for the amount of PLN 4 billion and on all issues of bonds completed under this program. We were the advisor of the European Investment Bank on matters related to the implementation of the JESSICA program for several regions in Poland. We participated in preparation and negotiation of financial and collateral documentation for financing acquisitions of listed companies.
